All nursing staff who work at Odiham Cottage Hospital are employed by Hampshire PCT and enjoy all the benefits of working for the National Health Service.
Vacancies for permanent staff arise from time to time and are advertised in the local newspapers and are posted on the PCT website www.hampshirepct.nhs.uk
In addition the PCT has established a "relief team" of temporary nursing staff who can provide cover on an ad hoc basis.
