All nursing staff who work at Odiham Cottage Hospital are employed by the National Health Service and enjoy all the associated benefits.

Vacancies for permanent staff arise from time to time and are advertised in the local newspapers and are posted on the NHS website http://www.jobs.nhs.uk

In addition the hospital has established a “relief team” of temporary nursing staff who can provide cover on an ad hoc basis.
