Odiham Cottage Hospital - Re-opening!
Much progress has been made on plans to re-open the cottage hospital
The local NHS integrated care team, the nurses and other professionals who provide community services to patients of the GP surgeries of Odiham/Old Basing, Hook and Hartley Wintney, will be based at the hospital once building work is completed in early March. Meanwhile the team are setting up clincs at the hospital with tissue viability starting at the end of January.
Rosefield Day Centre in Hartley Wintney will relocate their successful day club to the hospital at the end of February as the newly refurbished facilities offer the potential for expansion of services.
Discussions continue with St Michaels Hospice to provide palliative services at the hospital and a number of clinic based options are being considered.
